Zal Sevilla is a 54 hectares area placed in the port area and specifically designed for logistics uses. It is placed in the city center, beside the SE-30 ring and characteristic urban intermediate roads, which are unique to make compatible the local, regional, national and international distribution. It has 124,725 sqm of polyvalent logistics warehouses, single and multi-client, with possibilities of developing 30,000 sqm more of new last generation warehouses.
