Efficient and Sustainable Mobility Incentive Program (Moves Program)

MERLIN Properties, aware of the environmental challenges and taking an active role in promoting sustainable mobility, shows its commitment by adhering to the MOVES II and III Programme, installing electric vehicle charging points available to all users of the assets located in Madrid and Catalonia.

1 The chargers have been subsidized with MOVES III, financed with Next Generation funds from the European Union, referring to the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

 

           

 

 

Photovoltaic installation

MERLIN Properties has received aid from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the photovoltaic project, within the incentive program linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
