Opened in April 2011, Marineda City is a complex of 500,000 sqm built and a GLA of 176,000 sqm, of which 100,242 sqm are owned by Merlin Properties, being the second largest commercial center in Spain. Marineda City has established itself as the commercial center of reference in Galicia and the peninsular northwest.

Located in the city de A Coruña, Marineda City presents excellent communications with the urban center through the Third Round and Avenida de Arteixo, as well as the rest of Galicia and Portugal through the AG55 and the AP-9 motorways.
