Office skyscraper with a total GLA of 37,614 sqm. It is located in the Diagonal Avenue and the Les Glòries Square intersection, in the middle of the 22@ technologic district in Barcelona.

The 142 meters high building, the third tallest building in the city, was designed by the architects Jean Nouvel and Fermín Vázquez. It has 34 floors above ground, an audience and 300 parking places divided in four underground floors.
