Lisboa Park

The last generation logistic complex, the Lisboa Norte Logistic Park located in Castanheira do Ribatejo in Vila Franca de Xira, has a total buildable area of 224,864 sqm. It is the park of reference in the country. Located in the North of Lisboa, it has direct connection with the A-1 highway, which is the main communication axis of Portugal (connecting Lisboa with Oporto), A-10 highway (with connections in south and east), and A-9 (external ring road around Lisbon). The Park has access to a passenger railway station with direct connection to the capital, which is located at 30km from the complex.

The first warehouse with a total GLA of 45,171 sqm is divided into 6 units. It has large vials, a 12 meters free height, high endowment of loading bays (one each 500 sqm), concrete structures and enclosures, LED illumination, wide maneuver spaces and many parking places. After its inauguration last May, it currently has 5 units occupied by logistic reference companies such as Rangel and Olicargo, with the expectative of achieving a 100% occupation at the end of this year.

In addition, it has an endowment of services such as security, cleaning and maintenance of common areas.
