Factory Bonaire, with 14,455 sqm, was inaugurated in 2002, being the only outlet center of Valencia. It has 4,500 free parking spaces, and is located in the town of Aldaia, very close to the airport with access from the National N-III motorways.

Medianas comerciales is located in Aldaia (Valencia), within the complex Bonaire, formed by Factory Bonaire and Medianas. The park has operators such as Leroy Merlin and Decathlon.
