Artea Shopping Center is located in Artea Park in the city of Leioa (Bizcaia), inside the metropolitan of Bilbao. The center was inaugurated in April 1998, and in May 2002 expanded its surface area by 7,630 sqm. Currently it has a GLA of 40,932 sqm of which Merlin Properties owns 24,323 sqm.

Artea Shopping Center stands out for its architecture, luminosity, high level of services and fast customer loyalty. It is structured around a free parking area of easy access and 3,850 parking spaces.
