The office component has 12 floors above ground, with pockets of retail uses at ground and 1^st floor levels, with parking spaces at below ground floors. Its typical floor plate has an inverted ‘U’ shape, with almost 3,000 sqm of quality office space. Finally, the building has a glazed façade with river views.
