The total compensation accrued includes: • Fixed Salary: includes all remuneration received by the employee during the year including salary increases, components of collective bargaining agreement, bonuses, sickness or accident benefits, temporary disability compensation and all remuneration agreed as fixed salary in general with employees. • Variable Remuneration: includes the annual bonus accrued in the year. • Remuneration in kind: health insurance, life insurance, shares and flexible remuneration. • Does not include severance payments and compensation.
