70 | Annual report | 2023 The Sustainability Policy has been approved by the MERLIN Properties Board of Directors and has been in effect since its approval, remaining in force until amendments are made to it. The Board of Directors, through its delegated Committees and, in particular, the Sustainability and Innovation Committee, carries out the oversight to ensure the correct implementation and fulfilment of all guiding principles and commitments established.
