ı 80 ı Finally, water consumption in the like for like portfolio of logistics assets was 4,467 m 3 , an increase of 3% on the previous year. Overall water consumption rose to 708,793 m 3 . This consumption is concentrated basically in offices (55%) and shopping centres (44%). Logistics assets account only for 1% of the total. In this context, water consumption has maintained the same levels compared to 2017. For offices portfolio, water consumption rose to 391,731 m 3 , that represent a decrease of 4% compared to 2017. Water consumption associated with shopping centres and logistics assets increased to 312,595 m 3 and 4,467 m 3 respectively, representing an increase of 6% and 3% compared to last year. The increase in absolute water consumption in shopping centres is due to the increase in the reporting perimeter of several assets, from reporting consumption in common areas to including consumption in tenant space.
