MERLIN monitors and assesses on an on-going basis those operating assets with control over management, defining and implementing several measures to maintain them at efficient levels. Additionally, the company has information regarding energy and water consumption of other assets without management control. These assets have not been included as part of the Company’s environmental performance since MERLIN does not have control over their performance or any room to introduce measures for improvement.
